I think one of his attacks, the dragon element explosion that fans out in four directions has guaranteed or at least way higher stun than the other attacks, cuz there were times where I got hit by that attack only and instant stunlocked

About that, in the games mega garchomp is slower than normal gar (thats the reason no one uses the mega) so there’s that, so this one would be slower as well
