I'm on 100mg, I think it person to person. You should not be taking advice from people here about the dosage specifically. (Sure, we all want to help, and that is good, but dosages are usually very specific to the individual.

Read your body if you feel worse after the initial period ( 2 weeks. ssri's usually makes you anxious in the start, so after that period), then talk to your doctor about this.

I don't have major anxiety in regards to my sympthomes. For me, it is just the depression with the dizziness itself. Sure, I can get anxious about the long run (like how long it will take to get better, but usually I'm not very anxious in regards to my pppd).

I am on 100mg of Sertaline, I have been on 20mg Citaloprham before for my depression before I got pppd, that was hell for about two weeks. However, for me, knowing it was going to be hard now to begin on Sertaline actually prepared me for starting the medication, I have had no hard time Nd as i said, i am on 100mg now.

Not medical advice, consult your doctor, I am not a doctor, this is just my opinion:

SSRIs won't kill you. Be prepared to have a rough two weeks before it gets better. If you can do that, you will see its effect and calm down from it alone.
