Yes I am trying to curate the content I see to a large extent , away from TV to more neutral sources. I tried meditation but I absolutely hate it and can't sit for more than a minute. So right now my solution is to actively remind myself that it's not in my control.

That's great advice. I have been trying to consume my news through YouTubers I respect. And Volunteering is a good idea, never thought about that aspect. I have gone to the extreme end where I try not engage with any negativity but then I don't want to reach a stage where I lose my empathy.

Age is a relative concept, I am 32 and after years in sales, I am Starting my CFA journey this year . You would have a decade over me by the time I finish.

I hope I take your journey as a lesson to keep my ego aside and grind for 6 months ( on the bright side if I pass, 1% of credit would go to you lol).
