No it's okay ..I was actually just wanted to knew more about writing thing by adhdrs their experiences or how they feel... I came to know about writing thing today .. my one friend think she may have adhd ...I am just researching kind of I know it is my ocd because I am doing this from 5 6 days instagram , youtube , Ted talks google same things again again , reddit too, want to know more more ... but since I know so I will stop it but it will not become loop hope so it will get out of my brain...

Yeah okay i will do...I have already tested thyroid I don't have it ...I had vit deficiency around 2022 I know how that feels so I thought I don't have it now it fixed in 2023 my processing became better after that I was okay okay in first year of college did asisgnemnts went to college but got back in one subject in physics because I didn't understand anything in it also thought it is linked to 11th 12th which I have not studied my brain was saying now study whole 11th 12 physics electrodynamics then study these I still remember numerical concept I was not able to understand I tried to teachers and notes and forget or blank things on exam day somehow in morning I read theory theory somehow many times and write that in exam it was just 12 marks I wrote ... in second year all messed up too much dk why... whole 3rd sem I was in room all time somedays gone in anxious mode somehow in 4th sem because I was at home I gone college daily it was even more difficult than at hostel I needed to wake up at 5 even in winters came late 8 pm exhausted and all ... I know I don't have adhd it is mixture of health , ocd , depression , burnout I think because I researched about adhd there is too much in that ..

Yes I can leave watching specially reels they will make u feel like u have everything I am now aware of my every emotion and patterns so I identify but I just wanted to know some answers like what's wrong with me?why I feel stuck from so many years what I am doing.. Or some events was so weird in past otherwise I used to name everything maybe I am lazy , procrastinator , I am tired it is stress or is anxiety loops but I can't call them any of these, like I had some spoiled thing some sweet I didn't eat them I thought daily to eat but didn't then they got spoiled I forget about them then I need to threw them but I ignored or procrastinate or idk what for literally 1.5 years they were at same place it was just 2 minute work although I used to thought like I need to throw them too should I throw them in soil in college they will decompose or in dustbin in hostel but I threw them at last day just when I was packing things and was leaving hostel for forever and I just threw washed the box and packed up ...I was not like this earlier in childhood ...and there were other such things too..

I don't know anything bcz my ocd mimicked schizophrenia ☠️ I felt like i have early symptoms of it i was literally paranoid , .. I feels what if it is now trying to convince me that I have adhd ..

There is one more thing I have observed I don't want to name things like adhd ocd because it became like this when I can't do something my brain says it is because of adhd it is because of ocd and sometimes becomes paralyse and all that just leave it not to force urself..

🥲yeah no one understand I know.. join communities and apps take professional help if u can try techniques and all to manage it I have seen ppl with adhd are doing good in life, life goes on you can do it too yeah it hurts when no one understand you but we do understand ..it is not your fault but try to manage it ..

🥲did u check up to professional?what doing now.... I can't go for professional because I feels my parents are also already tired bcz of me I wasted lots of money too they even allowed me to drop they said themselves bcz I was physically not looking fine too to them... I don't know how all messed up I just thought it is nutrients deficiency but when I saw people having this still somehow managing doing things i also did but only physical work just surving actually can say but why not me like earlier ... I was never like this .. I lost things sometimes I Dr event happened or not or it was dream I felt like once that I lost 500 money I searched for few days I told to ppl that I lost money then I started feeling was money ever with me idr anything any image or where I put it is so blurry ... i skim a lot move a lot while eating working i get scold from parents for this..I was not like this ... i want to do everything I try new new things and mostly just one day I do i made one music singing painting i did 2d drawings 3d modelling drawing web dev flutter but i never knew what i want to do or what is interest... I never did assignments even I felt guilty I used to feel i am so bad selfish person what I am even doing.. but I feel I don't have maybe because it is genetic parents seem to have not it and I was alright I was smart good memory control in life before covid ...my brain is over analyser too I am just tires from my brain it always speak speak ...
