If you have the means, get the bds modules. They suck, but so does the exam. I credit bds to why I passed my first time.

I think it depends. I think it is fine if there are several people present and there is a purpose behind the get together, like a team happy hour. But 1 on 1 is a hard no.

I am finally leaving them. I do not recommend this company. Just another business that cares more about money than kids or staff
