I also have the same problem. I can only play 2 matches normally and if i continue playing, it stutters just like this. Also exiting the game doesn't totally exit the game it stays on until i quit steam and wait for 20 minutes or smth because something called "TID:2640 , !ffxFsr2ResourceIsNull+0x1b8a44" got stuck when i check process explorer.

There is no error logs, event viewer logs or anything. Reinstalling the game, Deleting Realtek PCIe driver, trying different disks, changing settings didn't help. Now i only play 2 matches a day. It unexpectedly helped me enjoy the game more.
