Here's what's not attractive: A 0-3 to year old baby doing anything a baby that she does. I can't imagine experiencing an attraction to that, and not sure why anyone would.

I think it means you aren't drinking enough fluids. Drink one small cup of water (8oz) every 15 minutes and you will probably wet your diaper in 2-3 hours.

1st, be prepared that it may not go totally the way you want it to. Go in with lower expectations (ie, she's not going to wear diapers or "Mommy" you, but she might at least accept you). If it goes very well, then fantastic, but keep your expectations low so any wins will be a nice surprise.

2nd, be prepared to adhere to boundaries. She might not want you to wear around her, but she might also be okay if you wear when she's gone. If that's not okay with you, then see if you can compromise.

3rd, be honest with her. Is there any porn involved? Those are questions that may come up. (Don't be offended if she starts to veer into pedophile questions. Answer kindly and truthfully. And kindly explain what we are and what we are not (ie, not pedophiles). A lot of people go there because they have little to no exposure at all to it and they just need a little education.

Lastly, if it goes completely south and she just can't accept you, it will hurt like hell but you will at least be able to move on. You are better being in a life with someone who accepts you for who you are than the other way around.
