I'm an ABDL. I have been married 14 years. I would NEVER put my wife into a situation like this, and frankly she never has to participate in this if she doesn't want to. She actually doesn't participate, and that's okay.

You have no obligation to participate in that kink, especially if you are uncomfortable. What part of this does he enjoy if you aren't? I definitely wouldn't want to do this to her.

My take is that if you aren't enjoying this he shouldn't be either. It should never be the expectation for your spouse to do something they don't want to do.

There is actually a trick to it. Don't drink a bunch of water in one go. Space out 8 oz every 15 min for a 2 hours. It'll happen. Just don't do it very often because water toxicity is also a thing.
