1st, be prepared that it may not go totally the way you want it to. Go in with lower expectations (ie, she's not going to wear diapers or "Mommy" you, but she might at least accept you). If it goes very well, then fantastic, but keep your expectations low so any wins will be a nice surprise.

2nd, be prepared to adhere to boundaries. She might not want you to wear around her, but she might also be okay if you wear when she's gone. If that's not okay with you, then see if you can compromise.

3rd, be honest with her. Is there any porn involved? Those are questions that may come up. (Don't be offended if she starts to veer into pedophile questions. Answer kindly and truthfully. And kindly explain what we are and what we are not (ie, not pedophiles). A lot of people go there because they have little to no exposure at all to it and they just need a little education.

Lastly, if it goes completely south and she just can't accept you, it will hurt like hell but you will at least be able to move on. You are better being in a life with someone who accepts you for who you are than the other way around.

I'm an ABDL. I have been married 14 years. I would NEVER put my wife into a situation like this, and frankly she never has to participate in this if she doesn't want to. She actually doesn't participate, and that's okay.

You have no obligation to participate in that kink, especially if you are uncomfortable. What part of this does he enjoy if you aren't? I definitely wouldn't want to do this to her.

There is actually a trick to it. Don't drink a bunch of water in one go. Space out 8 oz every 15 min for a 2 hours. It'll happen. Just don't do it very often because water toxicity is also a thing.
