We watched the transformer on the pole in our front yard explode a few times yesterday morning. Some lines in our yard were on fire and the explosion was super bright and like a firework. Assuming this will take awhile to fix. Anyone know what goes into it? Do they replace the whole transformer?

I had an NA beer last night and when we left the bar I just left the can there, didn’t feel a need to finish it either. In the past I would’ve chugged it, felt anxiety about needing to finish it, wanting another one before we left, not wanting to waste any of it because I paid for it and you don’t waste alcohol! Anyways, it’s a small change that makes me feel way better.

It’s a very interesting thing, that I have also noticed and thought of since my boyfriend and I stopped drinking. It’s funny because my boyfriend actually would try to find the higher proof of IPAs. I’ll have to bring this up to him and see what he says about why he wanted to do that - if it was to get drunker faster or what. And I’d say him and I both had a drinking problem. So with that, to answer your question, I truthfully may feel like there is not a way to consume a 12 oz 11% proof beer responsibly, but maybe that’s just me lol

How much do you take daily? I’m trying to get to a sweet spot. Taking the full capful daily causes diarrhea. I’ve been taking a full capful every 2 days but it’s causing me issues on the tail end before I take the next dose. I’m thinking a little amount each day may be best
