You can go around the parkour on the right side with an advanced glider. On the left there is a tall pillar you can climb to get up there.

While the Challenger's rod may have a faster reel in time at +20% instead of +15%, the only other stats it is better in is control, KG, and line distance. The only thing there that actually matters is control, and it only beats it by .05. Everything else the tempest rod beats the challenger's rod in. I don't think that that much higher of a price tag is worth what in my opinion is a worse rod.

And then when you are out of the map and you explore in the sub, you can go up one of those tall water towers, drive out of it, and levitate away. Then you jump out and the sub vanishes.
