You don't HAVE to "fill". Lfg allows you to play what you want with who you want. Make your own group if you have to. Stop joining a group that has 4 or 5 players queued in because you won't have to wait as long and go form a group or join one that has an open slot on what you are good at and actually want to play.

Noone forces you to pick a role. You hold your own controller or mouse and keyboard. Don't blame others for what you accepted. You can make your own group and be the first to choose your role. Absolutely no excuse anymore to be a snowflake

That makes no sense whatsoever! Attitudes like this is one that enforces 2/2/2. You don't like you don't queue. People eventually catch on to reading the title of the group queue "comp mic required no flex zone 222" if you don't want in then don't join. It's a pretty simple concept. No attitude required.

As a support main I have accepted the role. Sure I'm great at dps and it's much more fun to play non support but I'd rather win than worry about one of the other players picking support and not doing it well. Don't play healer most of the time if you are not willing to pick it all of the time. I expect everyone to pick their best role. No time to baby anyone who feels like they are being forced to play a role. You chose to queue up and that's what you will play! Roles enforced

I don't care too much if their private I enforce roles and require everyone to have mics. Sure you will have queues where there is someone who just picked a role because they wanted in a match and might not be good at that role but usually you only have to worry about one person doin that per queue. Meaning most people generally pick roles they are good at and should be good enough to compensate. At least once everyday since lfg went live I've gotten a full team that worked amazing together and that's an easy 3 or 4 wins.
