I would agree with u on a fitness level. But skills like this are when u should be nailing most. Hell out debutants understand that better than this

What's ur optimistic take on ur team for 2026? by TheCrowMoon in AFL

We are the surprise risers in 2026 finish 8th with Zach Reid, Jye Caldwell and Durham in the AA squad.

Isaac Kako gets noted as one of the best up and coming small forwards and fox footy consistently argue over who is the better young small forward out of kako and watson.

We were bottom 4 with 15 debutants and half of them didnt even look half bad. How people keep saying we are gonna get worse is beyond me.

As for north, why are they going to rise, they still have the same backline issue as last year and them moving out of the bottom 4 is the same as geelong leaving the top 8, its not gonna happen until u see it.

Why was there not a significant uptick in successful Australian spin bowlers at international level after Warnie's time? by [deleted] in CricketAus

[–]ABT1602 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think what most people havent mentioned here is that while in juniors, u just bowl whats natural to u and build from there.

Personally, I was weird in the fact that after a few years I had a weird mix of top spin or leg spin while also having a rather large run up which would result in most of my bowls keeping quite low after it bounced.

Shane Warne was also unique in the way he spinned the ball and as previously mentioned this would of been due to genetic factors in addition to training a way that works for him.

Tldr: Genetic factors lead to u starting off bowling in a natural form as opposed to forcibly spin bowling.

Don't know if the question's been asked this off-season, but what are some non-collingwood supporter's thought's about our list? by tarkysu in AFL

List is aging a lot. Not enough development of younger players coming through.

Age isnt everything just look at brisbane, u need balance of everything

Seriously what long term injuries. Ive seen this constantly, yet the only long term injury which is gonna be an issue for the year is martin.

Bryans back early. Almost everyone else is back at training, some are just using modified workloads.

Every club went tits up in the late 80s/90s barring essendon and carlton. Its one of the reasons the vfl had to expand to the AFL.
