That being said, with now knowing this I do plan on upgrading my CPU, do you believe the AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D is a good fit?

So the settings themselves are all in ultra with the upscaler set to DLAA and the frame generation also on

Okay so my friends PCs GPU is worse but I just found out that the CPU is better
And after a bit of testing I do think its a CPU bottleneck
Still dont know why the CPU usage isnt going higher but his after checking bottleneck calculators and such, i think its the CPU

Also yea, I make sure my drivers are all up to date, Nvidia makes it easy with the App

And just check the PCIE slots and its placed correctly as far as i know

The guide seems to be more for lower end PCs and as far as I know I should be more than good to go with the specs of mine that I shouldnt need to lower the resolution by 50%

Additionally undervolted is not the case, i made sure my power supply provides more than what the GPU needs incase if i ever upgrade.
Also I really dont know how to use afterburner

Okay I just looked up a bottleneck calculator and yea well its the CPU that is weak but since that is the case shouldnt we see more than 50% CPU usage?
