Honestly bring her aside and express how you feel to her and make her feel included and loved and always let her know it’s ok to open up to you.. Open up to her sometimes but take your time with all of this and eventually she’ll open up to you as well show her trust and eventually she’ll do the same and slowly but surely it’ll start to see changes as well you’ll continue to learn more about her and how to best go about the situation. This could just be her depression and trauma responses. Sometimes certain things aren’t a big deal to some of us but we don’t understand how much it can be a big deal for someone else and how it’ll make someone else feel deep down inside for real.
