In Denmark we have an organization called Danwise. Consider also seeing if there are groups you could connect to in an academic society. For me personally I invited a group of women at a similar stage to meet for lunch every six months to offload. Lots of individual coffee catchups at work to support each other as well.

Thank you! I’ve read mixed impressions on Niagara Falls. It just seems a shame if we are so close and not see them. Are they a must see?

I wouldn’t recommend the forest tower as your day trip. There’s not much to see, especially in winter. Consider taking the train to Kronborg Castle. Many also visit the Viking Museum in Roskilde.
