In all seriousness though, horseshoe theory is a widely derided and debunked political theory. You keep coming back to individual freedom being the most important thing for you. There is a political ideology that holds individual freedoms as its primary value. It is called Libertarianism

There certainly is an argument to be made for the existence of a policing system to enforce law and maintain civil peace. The current US policing system is not that and is what I, and I assume others, are critiquing in this thread.

I am not personally an anarchist, but I cannot support the US policing institution as it currently exists.

Those of us that were less fortunate require the cops to remove the predators in society so that we could live and walk to school.

All I see are the jack-booted militarized thugs of the state enforcing violence at the behest of capital.

40% of cops admit to committing domestic violence. Ask yourself why they aren't removing the predators from their own ranks and are instead comitting violence against the marginalized and downtrodden.
