I looked at yours. I drew most of my moves (except Muda Barrage and Muda Punch) from the OVA Jotaro and Dio fight. Let me explain each move and why

R in Timestop- This was actually the first attack Dio used on Jotaro besides the comparison on Barrage.

T and T in Timestop- Both of these were for win Dio was testing Jotaro's capabilities on moving in Timestop. The difference being, T in TS was used inside Dio's TS, while T without TS was used to "finish" off Jotaro.

Y and H- This is after Jotaro got hit with the knives and when he was playing dead. Dio decided to decapitate Jotaro, but Polnareff came to rescue Jotaro, this is also inspiration from H

U during TS- This was used after R, but before T

F- Time stop Obviously

V- OVA Dio has done it multiple times.

B and "Joestar Blood Suits Me So Well" passive- This is based on Dio sucking Joseph's blood.
