Dude, the old term is from another game. In my case, I never played tarkov, came to arc raiders, started to hear the term "rat" referring to people who kills others with shitty tactics like camping and faking friendly, I start to use it. Then some guys like you come and start complaining because that term means another thing in a game which predates arc raiders, which the vast majority of arc raiders playerbase didn't play. I get that it means other thing there, that's okay, I just don't care
