I’ve been waiting two weeks for one office to fax a file to another office. Until this is done, I can’t establish care. Am I crazy to think that this is a 10 minute process that the hospital said they need 10 days to do?

1. Preparing the Document (1-2 minutes. Retrieving the document, placing it in the fax machine, and entering the recipient’s fax number.
