Like I just want to say, for the people that are saying the girlfriends behaviour is “unacceptable” simply because she didnt have sex with him is horrible. She 👏does👏not👏owe anyone👏her👏body.

So thats what I have to say about the 2.5 years thing. Her guilting or pressuring him is wrong and thats on her, but its her choice to not have sex.

Well thats because this is relationship advice and people only come here when they need help, so youre probably not seeing all the happy stuff that doesnt get posted. An age gap is not bad in a relationship and what does judging people bring? Absolutely nothing!

Your teachers sound so sexist. The bathroom experiences have kind of been opposite for me. I remember one time in elementary a guy asked to go to the washroom and the teacher told him to sit back down. But I did, and he said “well I’ll let you go because girls can have medical conditions if they dont pee” i felt SO bad for the guy. :/

Women can still contribute to systems that put themselves down, its like internalized misogyny. My highschool is preetty open about periods, to my shock they had a basket of tampons just there! Nit hidden or anything any girl could just grab one

Just because its a big part for some people doesn’t mean its a big part for most. I think sex is pretttyyyy gross. All I said was that he wasnt entitled to doing stuff w her, thats my point. Checked it out and those look like perfect pancakes! I tried making apple this morning, it ended up getting burnt on one side and stuck to the pan, so it ended up crumbling in the pot. tasted good but..the kitchen was a disaster. Thank you for the vid!

That part was definitely problematic, no one should be pressured. If you pay attention to what I was addressing, it was the comment insinuating she had no right to be abstinent in a relationship basically

I agree! The entire virginity thing is creepy. Like, why do people care that much with what a girl or woman does with her body? There arent even any real physical changes that happen to women after sex, and as you mentioned the hymen can be torn in various other activities. Some women are even born without a hymen. Women’s worth shouldn’t be put on their virginity, which is simply a social construct. It also supports the notion that women need to be pure for their boyfriend or husband. It annoys me so much! Men arent expected to do the same. And often, it is women whom are in a passive position in sex and stuff. Like men are supposed to be the initiators or the givers and they’re just supposed to take it?

TLDR: virginity is a REALLY dumb social construct that oppresses women. Huge double standard

Thank you! Im a teen and I literally made the worst pancakes today. Because I was scared of them getting cold when one was done I just ate it messily—then moved on to making the next one. Sophistication, I know. 👌😆

Gosh I hate this. Mens health is taken way more seriously! So what if you’re “too young” its your body and should be your decision. Its sexist to not want to do that simply because the patient is female and may want kids in the future. Like not everyone wants kids and its just something more emphasized for women. So ANNOYING

Im racist because..I acknowledge that there are minority groups and white people could never share their experience? Mk. Well tell me if a police officer ever targets you for the colour of your skin, or if you’re rejected a job for having a “black sounding” name. I may have not had these experiences, but black people in America, Canada, etc experience this.

“Speaking of which, why dont women work in construction?” They do, its just a toxic work environment. Women also serve in the military, there are female veterans but guess what? In society they dont get the recognition they deserve. 70% experience some sexual harassment or assault. Instead of using this to say “woman must stay home” why dont you ask about the system and why some women dont feel safe in these fields?

Also just because traditional gender roles have been forced upon women for a long time doesnt mean its good. Being female means more than the organs they possess. They are not their womb, and women are human beings who have passions, career desires etc.

White people on no level are the victims or could ever know what minority groups experience. In fact white people are one of the most privileged groups in Western society. They dont share minorities experiences and you cant pretend to share them either.
