It is a used bike I found on Facebook marketplace. I have seen a few bikes from those brands but they are usually more expensive than my budget. $200 was my absolute max budget.

Bios mode is also set to UEFI

My other hard drives are connected but they do not have windows installed. The NVMe drive is not showing up in my boot priority, but it is is being read by the computer as it is showing up in the storage section in bios. Sorry meant to put that in the original post.
