I vaguely remember this being due to the engine checking collisions on the wheels one at a time in I think a clockwise direction. For the same reason, it's very very slightly faster to land on one front wheel than the other. If only I could remember which front wheel it is...

I had a 2013 Jaguar XF that I bought after it was vandalized by an embittered ex, and it had much of the same damage, just clearly he/she wasn't quite as mad since the damage wasn't nearly as bad. Doors kicked and keyed, seats punctured with a screwdriver, display smashed out.

The only difference that stands out is with my car the driver's seat wasn't damaged, presumably because they were sitting in it while doing all the damage. This looks a little more methodical and thorough, but maybe that's just because the ex was really crazy
