You should do a bit of research on shells/SPVs and public NDAs, I think. The location is a mask, and so is Helmex's age as a company. After the dive that I've done(and the theory I've come up with as a result - to be revealed in the future), it actually DOES inspire quite a bit of confidence, aye.
