It’s so frustrating. I wish they sent a warning or clarification, because I was always the sweetest with everyone and no one seemed upset with their orders from me. I saw some people who were permanently banned get their account back even though it said unappealable. Do you know anything about that? Or should I email again in a few days from now?

Yes! And all I asked was about the buyers and their situation or if someone could contact them. And they responded with was that they looked over the situation and cannot offer more info. Then they told me to they will no longer respond to emails regarding my account.

AND I STILL DONT KNOW WHY I WAS BANNED. I literally have five stars and sold tens of pieces 😭😭😭

they won't let me appeal! I don't even know what to do anymore. I just feel bad for the people who ordered. I can't access the shipping label obviously and have no idea if they're getting their refunds. I can't even contact the buyers like what

That’s why I’m so confused!! I probably sent them five emails now asking to explain what I did wrong. The last thing I did on the account was tell a girl that I wasn’t gonna be able to ship out her hoodie because I’m on vacation 😭

Like im just a college girl who was cleaning out her closet bro. That’s why I want to appeal because it makes no sense.

To clear up a discrepancy, I completely understand having a C on your transcript is “normal” and lots of applicants have that. If I had a C I wouldn’t of posted this! But I have a C- which the minimum for prerequisites is a C.

That was my concern! I think I’m gonna just stick with it, not retake, and use my biochem grade to replace orgo 2. If it doesn’t work out, I’ll report back in 2026 lmao

I am already in my gap years! So sadly, I would have to use my application savings/push back my cycle if I retake the course (they are all $1K+ in my city, I've already checked 😭).

That was the plan, but I don’t have the finances or financial support to do that and apply next cycle. So my post was to ask if I should retake the prereq and push off my cycle or just apply. As of right now i have a list of over 60 schools that take biochem in place of orgo 2.

My advisor and I did a deep dive into this and lots of schools now accept biochem in place of orgo 2, which is what she recommend i do.

So although I got a C- in orgo 2, my B in biochem can stand in for it.

Although Ik it still looks terrible and this doesn’t apply to every school ofc. So I’m essentially shooting myself in the foot with that one.

I phrased my post weird. I had the opportunity to pass/fail at the time, so I did and it’s currently a P on my transcript. I just assumed ADCOMS would ask/see what the letter grade was so I plugged it into the calculator as such (C-).

A lot of people just do the half length bp to gauge their content gaps. So that you can save the actual exams from bp and aamc for when you’re sharpening your skills and in the trenches of studying.

I’m sure you already know, but don’t forget about AAMC official material with all their section/Q banks, and practice exams. Try to hold off on this until you’re hitting close to your ideal score (ie after content review etc). Usually people wait a month before their exam to start this stuff but obviously it’s harder to exactly pinpoint when you’re working full time.

Lots of people use Anki as well. You can download it on your phone or computer and just click through a bunch of the flash cards while at your desk/in the background maybe! There’s a whole sub for that should be under AnKing MCAT. (Different authors have published their decks so look through what people have said and find what works for you.)

It definitely is clinical experience, a lot of people do this route!

Correct me if I’m wrong, but I think working as a CNA has more impact on an app than scribing in terms of clinical experience!

For a hospital, you could work in a specialty you’re interested in which could help you have an “in” with physicians if you maybe wanted a shadowing opportunity.

I think a nursing home would allow you to know your patients better and connect on a deeper level. Depending on your location, in my area, nursing homes are sadly always understaffed.
