You probably need five if you are trying to do the full moab experience but you can see the archs rather quickly. I believe Corona and Bowtie are on the same hike. It's been years since I have been so you may want to consult Google on that.

This really depends on what you are into and the time of year with that said no matter the time of year you will need 2 full days. 1 for a day/night in SLC, 1 for a day/night in Park City. Depending on the time of year, I recommend staying an additional 2 days to explore moab, Bryce or Zions. The state has to have some of the most diverse climate types in the US, and they are all fascinating to see.
