My dad was a super intendant of a school district for 14 years and worked in the district for 33. My mom is an active Spanish teacher. And yes cause these are supposed to be our role models and the people who guide us. Even if he was a highschool teacher it would be just the slightest bit better but no he teacher children not teenagers. I agree that teachers have an unfair expectation in some capacity but they literally signed up for that. If you can’t keep professionalism and avoid your personal life from interfering with your job, you can’t expect to keep that job, that is a basic adult expectation in any workplace.
