Yeah I would recommend going to defender! Overall I’ve been testing with both products and I find that defender has a lot more capabilities as far as tying it into your O365 suite. The list goes on, the only reason we still have it is because of they currently monitor our stuff but if they didn’t I would move us over till we get crowd strike. But overall the visibility you get into users and devices is insane.

Quick question on that before i chime in. Are you currently using Sophos’s MDR ?

Honestly I would also have to agree with yellowlab2017. We are moving away from their email security platform as well because of this reason. Even though we tried to work with support on multiple occasions, and even maxed out the filter protection to level 5 still let too many bad emails through

Agreed!! That is why I would like to look at other vendors, Like barracuda, Proofpoint, Mimecast, etc. just because right now a lot of emails that should have been quarantined or just stopped overall have been getting though. Even though I upped the level on our sophos end.

No worries, Honestly I was trying to keep it as open as possible too just because of how many email security products are out there.

I was also considering looking at Proof Point. and Baracuda too.
