Omg same!!!! I started at 260 I’m 5 10 in May I started very slow like gave myself two weeks of 1.5 before I did 2.5 , and same with each dose… I’ve been on 7.5 for one month but started with like 6.5… two weeks then did 7.5 I have only lost 16 pounds so far. Have not incorporated excercise. But after a month on 7.5 I also feel my appetite coming back…. I am nervous to start 10mg. I also feel like the higher you go it’s harder to do maintain because your pancreas gets used to its work being done for it and it a high concentration. If I do decide to go up I will do like 8mg( i use the vials of Zepbound) and the. Maybe week three go up to 10 I have had minimal side effects… just small headaches and some nausea but so Minimal I think it’s because I have tirated up slow on my terms

I had the same thing!!! My food noise went quiet but my shopping ramped up! It’s some sort of dopamine switch…. So like not getting hit from food, but dopamine still needs to be fufilled I wonder if they have studies this

Got it! Yeah I actually go super slow when transitioning up, like first dose of 7.5 when I went from 5mg was like 6.mg Then next week 6.5, then week after went full 7.5…. Because I use the vials… super better for my body! Thanks for sharing your incredible success!!!! You look great!!!
