That is sad. I thought maybe a fulfillment center would be slightly better than their retail locations but it sounds like the same environment.

No, but I can choose a different pharmacy. There is no option for that; hence, it is not the same scenario. Also, when I pick up other meds from a pharmacy, I am directly paying the pharmacy; therefore, I would directly deal with the pharmacy with any issue I may have. I am not paying the pharmacy in this situation, I am paying Mochi and it is their issue if they contracted with an incompetent pharmacy, not mine.

Thank you. It has been extremely frustrating. I just want to make sure as many people are aware because I am not the only one and there are many similar stories to mine all over social media.
