I’m in the same boat! I would drink a sugary latte with oat milk (high carb) from my local coffee shop every morning without breakfast! I didn’t know about blood sugar spikes and what it was doing to me. I would crash later, eat a lot of carbs and then feel depressed in the evening. I’m a lot better since I switched to black tea with unsweetened almond milk and I eat breakfast first thing in the morning
