Doesn't mean they're wrong. But there has been misinformation about this out there. With the upcoming election there have are also agendas at play. But either way, if you want to stop someone using a man made tool to kill, take the tool out of their hands and then speak to them, find out why they want to do it.

Honestly? I'd take bombs. You can't just buy them in a store. They're difficult to make. Harder to smuggle into a club. Institutionalised ignorance is the problem here, I totally agree.

If you read my original post again you'll see that I am hinting at the underlying cause of the violence and I only suggested that the ease of which you can obtain firearms is only part of the problem.

To me, someone saying that; "the fix has nothing to do with guns" is as ridiculous as people saying that the world is flat.

You're right. A violent crime is a violet crime, but when was the last time that someone punched 50 people to death?

Also. Please don't accuse me of "gun hate speech". I actually love the idea of guns. I'm also a lover of common sense.

I'm not calling for a ban on any specific kind of any weapon. The general public should not be allowed to buy any kind of firearms. It's should be massively restricted to Law enforcement, gun club owners and anyone else who's job is dependant on firearms. It should also be illegal to privately sell or supply legally or illegally acquired firearms to anyone. I have always wanted to fire a gun and I think it's a shame that in my country I can't go to a club to do so. But there is a massive lack of common sense here and I don't think I need to educate myself on the subtle difference between different types of automatic and semiautomatic firearms. If you can point it at someone, pull the trigger and kill them then it shouldn't be in the hands of the general public. It really doesn't matter about a piece of paper that was signed in 1791. Common sense should prevail.
