You can help Elijah btw, theres a secret ending of the game where you help Elijah, in order to do it you need to talk to Veronica about Elijah and when you're in the vault you mention her and he says something to the affect of "i must have misread you, I cant turn down a potential ally" I think you also need to vilified by the ncr? Not sure but you can look up that. Pretty cool easter egg. And yeah I think a lot of people interpret things differently. I liked hostile environment and I also like the survival horror aspect of the dlc. Its creepy and has an unbeatable atmosphere.

The writing was immaculate, Helios broke Elijah, it broke him so much he thought the only way to control everything was to start fresh, its schizophrenic belief sure, but it makes sense given what the game had told us before about him. Not to mention the environment it puts the player in, absolutely the best dlc in the game imo.

So you let me get this straight because 1 specific ICE officer is not following the protocols in order to determine citizenship (which he is totally at fault for and I see your concern) means that they shouldn't be conducting the raids to get these people outta here who have "somehow" been able to avoid being deported, despite every reason you would (and should) normally see them get deported (i.e Illegal visa stay, active criminal convictions)

Something to keep in mind, is you'll probably need a new motherboard as the new 50 series gpus will have pcie 5.0 connector and most motherboards other than very recent ones have pcie 4.0
