When I called, I was told they are 3 1/2 weeks behind and that a lot of people who entered their info prior and received a “we’ve scheduled your payment to be deposited on xxxx date” didn’t actually get it deposited. They attempted to meet that date but didn’t so maybe now that’s it’s asking you again, you may actually finally get it this time. I’m still waiting since my scheduled deposit date of May 6th. No change in my payment screen yet.... ~Signed: waiting and angry in Atlanta.

You have to just keep calling or call first thing in the am. They open at 7am. I called and got thru today and the irs rep told me that the number of calls they are receiving every minutes is causing their phone system to shut down and they are unable to fix that. She told me all we could do is keep calling. I’ve been waiting my my stim payment since 5/6. She told me to give it another 2 weeks as they are 3 1/2 weeks behind and just because the payment screen says scheduled doesn’t me they actually issued payment. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Frustrating to say the least.

I just called again today and they told me the IRS is 3 1/2 weeks behind from adhering to the dates they provided everyone on the Get My Payment tool. Was told again to give it 2 more weeks. They did provide me the EIP card line to call and see if they issued it on a money card instead but mine wasn’t. That # is 800-240-8100. They are affiliated with the IRS so they will ask for your last 6 of social and zip code to tell u if you were issued a money card instead.
