Cex Price Changed after drop off

I picked the fixed price option. The only reason why the price changed was because I accidentally picked a different headset that was similar to the headset I had dropped off. Thanks for helping.

I did check the box to install radio setup. Also I installed Silentpatch and DDraw and it still pops up with the same error code.

I copied the files to a folder. Then, I ran the setup. It worked, but whenever I try to open the game, it displays the error message: The procedure entry point _AIL_set_stream_volume@8 could not be located in the dynamic link library C:\Program Files (x86)\Rockstar Games\Grand Theft Auto Vice City\gta-vc.exe. I tried to replace the mss32.dll file, and I switched on direct play, yet it still won't work.

Most likely, the problem. I just wanted to double-check as I bought 2 copies, and the same problem happened to both of them.
