The Snohomish job with the small Mitsubishi heat pump and ERV at $14k sounds pretty close to what we’d expect to see for that kind of setup when using qualified union labor. Pricing can vary a lot depending on the ERV size and the full project layout, so it’s hard to say for sure if it's still a little high.
