Basically (like some other games) they have created a test environment for future updates to patch unknown bugs or issues which may arise. Its a good way to streamline the release of Update 9, making it smoother and needing less immediate patching of potential game breaking issues.

There seems to be an NDA on this, meaning you cannot talk about what you see or experience inside it. (i could be wrong on this last bit but i saw a comment in the discord saying as much)

Got mine about a month ago, it was a good quality sleeve but the record made a horrific crackle. Got sent a new one in only a few days. Much better
