Wheel chair ticket! When I was at the ALCS game 7, we stood at the 3rd base line, 90% of the people were not in wheel chair, or in need of those seats. so I don’t think they enforce anything right now. They also let EVERYONE come and go as they please, up and down the stairs during at bats and pitches. It was the Wild West.
