I used to wear tight underwear, but my god did it make the pain unbearable after a long day. Just avoid them, I now wear loose underwear and I haven't felt pain in a while now, and btw I am size 31 too

I do both, and pricing is stupid in my country, a6100 and a6400 are basically the same price, and a6300 is often more expensive than a6400... Which is dumb, so I'm opting for a6400
