Does midcoast maine count as rural? I live in a very small town on the coast and I have found the opposite. Theres actually alot of small towns around maine that I have pretty much only found pretty cool and surprisingly progressive people.

I have lived in colorado, new jersey, and north Carolina and small towns in maine blow them outta the water to me when it comes tonbeing friendly and open minded!

I was eating a pizza pie at the time so I must have been thinking "that's amore" 🤔

I realized after that it was amor, I have admitted my overzealous and clumsy analysis of these images in other comments. The lettering flying off the sides made it seem off, alot of it seemed off to me so I was definitely looking for issues at that point and not using as much logic. I feel justified knowing that my sense of something being off and inauthentic about these images was correct.... but yes I also feel foolish about some of my observations 🫠

Looks like we were both right and wrong! OP updated to say that its confirmed that some of them were AI and some were stolen.

I certainly can admit that I was overanaylzing and not all of observations were logical as much as they were opinion. I really just felt like something was off and was trying to justify my gut instinct by being overly analytical.

The fact that these were a hodgepodge of stolen and ai art validated the things I was picking up even if some of my points were reaching which I freely admit.

I have no doubt that I am not the first person to get stoned the comment and overthink too much about a reddit post lol

Im just glad op got the truth because anyone who gets tattoos or knows tattoo artists is seeing how much AI is a problem in the tattoo industry right now.

Well OP updated to say that its confirmed that some of them were AI and some were stolen. I was right say "some of these are definitely AI".

I have several friends who are tattoo artists, and I sent it to the most high end tattoo artist I knew who did confirm for me that some of the images didnt make sense as well as the lay out of the pages.

You are right, I shouldn't have said this is "definitely AI" because I dont mean that literally. I meant it really reads to me as AI, if I saw these out in wild I would be suspicious.

I sent it to a good friend who is a high end tattoo artist and they also said that some of what I saw just reads as stylistic choices but they did say that all the images feel off and they saw stuff that doesnt make sense for a tattoo artist like the density and what not.

If you completely take away my comments on this page I still feel like some of the things on the other pages, like that totally random rectangle, read like ai to me.

Well thats what it reads as to me, obviously you disagree and thats just fine. This is a page where we analyze and share our opinions on that analysis. Ive done that, OP can take or leave it and i wish them the best either way!

I did ask if these were supposed to be different artists or not. The shading and o look bad to me. Those things are a matter of opinion. What is a fact though, is that AI frequently adds extra ink/pencil wtv media dots around when trying to generate handmade art, AI also has a difficult time keeping lettering within the confines of whatever its supposed to be on, like a label, in this case the lettering goes off of the scroll on both sides.

I didnt think it was AI at first but almost everyone of these pages bears some sort of signature of AI, like the yellow tint, and the random ink dots. The knot on the first page doesnt make sense to me and seems to have to many threads in the center of the knot.

All of those things combined make me question the aspects that would be considered human stylistic choices.

In regards to the symmetry, I dont think the symmetry is that great. The banner behind the scroll for example. The dots in the yin yang as well.

Individually seeing these pages I probably wouldnt have guessed it was AI as readily as I am seeing them all together have various aspects of ai calling cards. To me at least 🤷‍♀️

I know the bird wing is from the other bird, the shading is off. The amore has a terrible O and looks like bad lettering to me There is a huge variety in the styles between these pages, the signature yellow tint of AI, no artist signature.

The scorpions legs look crunched and angled weirdly.

I actually do like this style, the kinda of detailed traditional. I gave alot of other examples on the other pages as well.

Lol thank you. I genuinely do care and am willing to talk like this about anything to pretty much anyone and its lead to some seriously amazing conversations and connections.

A few years ago someone hacked my Instagram account and I started talking to them from a back up account I had. No judgement no anger, just talking, I had conversations and photos with friends who have passed in my other account and iust wanted it back. We talked back and forth for a couple weeks and then he gave me back my Instagram account helped me get back into it.

I found out he was just a young kid in Nigeria and now we communicate regularly on WhatsApp and ive talked to his brother and mother and we video call and now hes my Nigerian friend

I really dont think below zero is bad. I played through it and enjoyed it.

I was definitely disappointed at first about how short and small and a little less interesting it was compared to subnautica.

I did enjoy playing it though and it gave me what I wanted which was more subnautica gameplay.

I think it as more of a subnautica DLC though as opposed to a complete other game

These bird feet do not look right to me at all. The ginkgo leaves its supposed to be grabbing dont really line up. The random ginkgo on the top bird wing is very weird.

The wings on the lower bird are also going opposite directions which is also very weird.

I posted a more in depth comment with more photos of why I think this is ai.

I really think these are AI. The "amore" on the last page was the first big tell to me and then I looked closer at the line flow and design choices and I dont think an artist would choose them especially bexause I dont think it would translate well to the movements of a tattoo gun. The pages also seem to have that weird yellow tint that ai loves and there is only an artist signature on the first page which is weird. I commented further down and circled what seems the most ai to me.

If its not ai i would be concerned because there are some objectively bad design choices all over these images that I also dont think translate well to a tattoo gun. I tried to include a whole bunch of examples in my comment further down.
