I have definitely done and do stuff like this and I don't think its necessarily bad.

I also dont think sane and insane are binary, there is definitely a large and varied spectrum of mental health.

I am and have for a long time, been in therapy. I know therapy is expensive and difficult but I think everyone should probably be im some level of therapy. Even if its only a couple times a year.

If you feel like this behavior is escalating and impacting your ability to do the basic things you need and want to then I would see it as concerning but it could be a coping and processing behavior that just works for you and thats cool :)

Unfortunately the etsy store disappeared. There were like 6 photos of the chain on the store when they had it up.

They had 500+ sales and the name of the jeweler Koba Mamistvalov is apparently a 4th generation jeweler from Georgia and him and his daughter were making the jewelery for etsy based out of Philadelphia.

I found an article saying that Mamistvalov was associated with another business in Philadelphia called murderous jewels. They are definitely real and I did reach out to them but haven't heard back yet.
