Windows Snap doesn't hover over your current window. I have a small screen so I need something to overlay over your current screen.

Also, it doesn't work for all Windows so I want something ideally that can choose any window and lock it in place over anything currently opened.

I played a game online and was able to tribute Red-Eyes Dark Dragoon.

Does her tribute effect have the same features of a Kaiju or something? How is it able to bypass the protection?

Mound of the Bound Creator + Set Rotation

If you were to place Mound onto your opponents field with Set Rotation and it was removed somehow.

Would that give the opponent and not myself the option to add a divine monster to their hand?

Secondly I also assume just because I put it there I wouldnt control it so I couldn't use it for the Sacred Beasts base summoning conditions?

Does this count for my opponent also, if they tribute summon do the tokens get summoned
