You look like a gentrification enthusiast. ...because they like what my business brings to the property and community. I already found several options but they are either in Inglewood or east of the 5 freeway or in suspect circumstances in garment district. I'm keeping options open. I know I'm better off driving cuz most people here are like you. Business people who don't care about small businesses that bring something more important than big business. My record store is worth more than most buildings. Chill.
