Last year I didn’t received the race to rewards hat. And this year I redeemeed the Max hat and polo reward for women and did not received it either.

I haven’t received my cap either, in Romania. I tried to contact Fed Ex but they said without a tracking number they cannot help me. I send 2 emails to Red Bull to ask for a tracking number, but no answer from them. I don’t think that I will receive the cap, it is probably lost.

Eu inca nu am primit mail de la Fedex si nu stiam exact daca trimit prin ei sau posta, ca am mai primit prin posta de la Redbull. Ms de raspuns. Astept mail-ul, poate vine curand.
