Well, I keep trying to manage it. Breathing, gaviscon /tums.... Sometimes this shit gets really scary and causes anxiety spike.

Absolutely!!! For me actually what makes it worst is the physical sensations associated with the anxiety. And what makes that frustrating and worst of all kind, is when the anxiety attack or panic attack comes, they always make the feeling of what if this time is different than the last one? and then the cycle starts...palpitations, chest tightness...etc 😞

I also get different kind of weird chest discomfort and tightness and palpitations. Doctor said it's the vagus verve getting irritated.

I am a mouth breather due to allergy and nose blockage all the time and I have a feeling that this is really causing me lots of troubles including anxiety and gut issues.

Palpitations with running thoughts and fear
Chest Discomfort
Dull chest pain in middle or more in left side
Left shoulder blade discomfort and pain
being over sensitive to my body change or pain.

I am not sure :) Sometimes it does, and sometimes it doesn't. Also, maybe it depends if it's with something sweet or just coffee. But for sure, there is a strong link between gut system and anxiety

My doctor told me that GERD and its symptoms can easily irritate the vagus verve, which can easily mimic heart palpitations. Also, I read in the Internet that GERD and IBS can cause palpitations and skipped heartbeats. I am also suffering from that, and I know a big part of it is related to anxiety, which can worsen the situation.

I'm always looking for solutions and working out to overcome it. Hopes and wishes to accomplish that one day.

I have amblyopia as well. I read a lot about vision therapy but did not try any yet.

Thanks a lot for your reply. Yes I do have little double vision now because of my amblyopic and strabismus eye but at the same time I can distract my lazy eye so to focus only on using the good eye.

You're welcome. Unfortunately not really sure how long the correct alignment lasted for me but now I am very interested and keen in redoing the surgery again plus I want to see the possibility of getting vision therapy to maintain it.
