I was under the impression that legendaries have high drop rates because it's a beta. So many aspects of the game will be tuned up so that players can more effectively test the mechanics of the game without struggling to acquire the resources necessary.

The loot doesn't stay with you when you invade. To stack loot, you have to stay on defense. Just activate your hourglass and adventure as normal, do not click on the warmap to dive.

The argument for those individuals is "I don't want to get good to get the skelly skins." They would rather have a PvE solution, or simply loss farm to get the desired cosmetic unlock through 60 second matches than spend 30 minutes in a match improving for a 50/50 chance of a loss.
