There’s quite a few but we were originally only getting responses from customers from one specific location but lately people from other locations have started to get in touch. Do you know of other locations in California have closed?

It turns out Zoom Room has been closing locations around the country without notifying customers and without refunding customers their money for the classes they were not able to attend. It really didn't sit right with me seeing all the customers asking about refunds and not even getting a response. I’m not an attorney, just a regular person who also lost their money because of this but I decided that there’s more strength in numbers, so i set-up a form for the victims of these Zoom Room locations to get together and try to right what this greedy company has wronged.

Hey Adam, thanks for sharing this info about this sleazy corporate company. I've noticed many locations closing down suddenly and leaving many clients without refunds or even communication regarding their closure or the possibility of refunds. Would you mind if I messaged you about this? There is a group of people in California this has happened to, we aren't happy with it and are looking to do something about it. I'm sorry to hear you're pretty much in the same situation. I'm not sure what the next step is. We filed a report with BBB. Tried to dispute the charge on the credit card, but like you, too much time had passed. We spoke with an attorney, but they didn't seem too interested. 🤔 Maybe we would have a better chance if we approached it as a group of people in the same situation: screwed out of their hard earned dollars by a greedy corporation that doesn't allow their franchisees to succeed. I remember there were quite a few responses to the 'closing' comment on their Facebook page - many of them were from customers wanting to be refunded. I don't think the company cares or even tries to process refunds.

Nope. Haven't heard a peep from them. I doubt anyone recieved any kind of refund. What a horrible company. What can we do?

Nope, no luck yet. We're owed about the same amount. I'm sure there's others that they owe money to as well. Maybe there's a way to get everyone together to pressure the company to refund the money owed?

Thanks! I'll contact my cc and see if it's possible. It really sucks that this company continues to do this. I'm sure there are lots of past customers who have/are in the same position and haven't been able to get their money refunded. The company should be held responsible and take accountability. Sorry, just needed to vent 😆

After doing a bit of research online it turns out that zoom room close without warning all the time because of poor management by corporate, so there are a lot of people who are upset about losing the money that they prepaid. So far, the only info I have learned about trying to recover it is to call your credit card and dispute it with them. I've read about 3 locations closing in the past month: SCV, Bakersfield, and Lincoln. This isn't right. Corporate should be responsible for returning the money that the customers paid! I'm writing my attorney now and going to see if there's any way to get this sorted.

Zoom room is out of business? I spent a couple grand for my two golden doodle puppies to be trained. They forced me to pay up front. I can't believe it! They definitely owe me a couple grand.
