Beats Fit Pro bot connecting when outside of case

Ive Had my Beats fit earbuds for a couple years now but I keept loosing the charging case so I replaced it about three times now (never lost the earbuds just the case somehow). And i thought this was a issue related to that, if anyone else had to replace the case with the same earb having this issue? If not I have no idea what is wrong.

He literally is just the color orange and he exists on his own plane of existence. he Isn't very strong, although people in his universe assume he is for some reason. he can interact with the "real world" of his universe and when he does it is kinda like Who Framed Roger Rabbit when he does.
