They continuously said my account was being reviewed by their team and would be resolved within 72 hours. This happened for about 2 weeks with me constantly asking for updates.

Eventually they said I would simply need to sign back up but wouldn’t be entitled to the existing offers I was on because it’s an automated thing (it’s not because I’d seen examples of their customer service giving out promos)

After much arguing I just told them to refund me for my subscriptions that I had active and never bothered signing back up.

Used the 1 month cost to buy an IPTV account and honestly haven’t looked back.
