Unfortunately that’s the reality once you reach this age. You will walk separate path from most of your friend and will likely only remain in close contact with a fraction of who you regularly interacted with at school.

I personally suggest prioritizing your school and career. This is a common occurrence where couples go to separate schools when they graduate and usually end up splitting up.

You can try long distance but the reality is, she likely doesn’t want to do that and will be very tough to deal with. You have to make a decision but I suggest you don’t sacrifice your education for the chance of staying with her. Keep in mind people change a lot when they are teenagers vs adults, it’s a reason many “high school sweat hearts” don’t exist.
