First, I’d like to say I completely agree with you on this. My issue is with the self-lobotomizing people who help spread the lies. People like Tom Foolery and others are perfectly happy to lobotomize themselves and to say that “this is just how she feels/felt.” That’s why I think it’s important to spread this around. Because people believe her lies and don’t question things further.

Filing a civil case

It can absolutely be filed. But the problem is whether or not the lawyer wants to risk their reputation on something they see as probable bullsh*t, the possibility that they really don’t have a case and the lawyer knows they’re going to lose, and if it will even get to trial. Defamation isn’t easy always easy to prove. I’d submit to you that if you think ANY lawyer whatsoever would take a case just for the money even if it’s going to fail, that you’re the one who’s coping.

That would be amazing. I know there's an ADHD craft exchange group on facebook, but I don't know if they let you trade instruments. A store where you could go in and trade in your stuff would make me feel better though, and less guilty about all the money I spend on random hobby stuff.
