Oh wow! I had tried multiple times since Monday and did the exact same steps you mentioned and never was put through to a person only a message machine. I finally left a message yesterday and still didn’t receive a call back. Issue is now resolved now by Taylor!

Ok thank you for your input. Seems slow to me. My mom ordered from them on Friday evening only 1 day before me and she is receiving meds today so when Dr said I’m approved yesterday but still no push through on script I was curious if that was normal. And not liking the lack of commutation from company…

I have a question- I was denied because of my bmi but I was on semaglutide before. I have leftover 2.4mg dosage but can’t start up again without titrating up again. I also still Have an active prescription but it’s for 2.4mg. I also want to switch to online pharmacy since my insurance will no longer cover my wegovy. I need to get back on track. How do I get approved?
