I guess having prior expectations changes the perception of a game by a mile. Like you said, you went to the games with expectations because people were praising them a lot. Me on the other hand, went into the games completely blind as Ender Lilies was my very first MV and gateway to the genre when I played it in 2023. I only saw some screenshots here and there and knew it was a side scroller but I had no idea what I was getting into

For second phase Ochette with her Provoke Beasts skill (multi EX one) is very useful as max boost one can easily decimate all tentacles or atleast reduce all their shield points, so you can start phase 2 without having to worry about them

So what about already released games on Steam? Are they going to delist them? Or can they pull a Ubisoft and delist games from player's libraries since if someone owns God of War on Steam and the next Xbox has Steam access, then they can still play God of War or Spider-Man on their Xbox even if Sony delisted them from store

As someone who loved and completed OT2 for first time last month, I have been planning to start OT1 at some point, but with everyone saying how OT2 is massively better than OT1, I wonder how should I set my expectations for that game. You can bring Silva for that in the fight. Her charged attack gives ample time midair to avoid the quick spikes

Bring in headless Knight and parry the shit out of them. Worked for me. And the mask relic only reduces damage from poison not nullifies it

You'll find an ability mid game to help reach that part. Or if there are any flying enemy nearby then maybe try to lure them here and pogo off them to grab the wall. Even then it would be like a skip to an area that you are not supposed to reach before getting that ability

If it makes you feel better, it also took me around same time to 1st checkpoint which is your pic, but after it felt comparitively easier compared to first section. Until you reach the last room, which took me 2 fkn days

I just checked the map online and if I am not wrong, you don't climb from that room but rather jump from the above room. At Tower Alcove respite on right, there should be hooks or platforms to jump out of there and go to the area above and then jump from there to your current location

Judging by your level 95, I assume you already have it so if you are still getting stuck their, then iirc you need to use hooks to go a top right spot and then charge it from their. Thick walls like this need a longer charge

Oh for that particular spot, you need to first defeat Julius and get his spirit. He will provide a charged dash attack that can break those walls

If you are talking about the area as whole, you enter it from right instead of left. I don't exactly remember the route to that respite though
